About the position Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead a premium cosmetic dental clinic in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, with a strong focus on team leadership, culture and performance. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for guiding the front-of-house and clinical support teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly each day. You will be a visible leader on the floor, supporting staff, managing patient flow and creating an environment where the team feels confident, accountable and motivated. The clinic provides a range of high-value dental treatments, including veneers, dental implants, crowns, teeth whitening, Invisalign, smile makeovers and other cosmetic procedures. Your role will be to ensure the team delivers a consistent premium experience from the first enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up.
